U-HAUL'S HAVING A SPECIAL FOR $5

"14 Foot Truck for one week."

This morning I went online and reserved a 17 foot U-Haul . The rate was $29.95/day plus $1.09/mile. The reservation was for a week so the total would have came to about $226.43 not including the charge for mileage. It really didn't matter because we weren't planning on taking the truck very far. We were just going to use it for storage at the site and the U- Haul spot was only 2.3 miles away.

When we came in to pick up our truck, she told us the only 17 foot u-haul they had left just broke down. Our only option was to downgrade to the 14 foot which had the rate at $19.95 a day.

She goes "Okay what I can do for you guys is: Take half off the daily rate and not charge you for no miles oooooooorrr I can charge you guys for the miles and no daily rate.

Considering we're only 2.3 miles away.... Of course went with the miles and no daily rate. The trucks gonna sit in one spot all week anyways.

2.3 miles there and back= 4.6miles @ $1.09/mile= $5.01= A phokin steal :)

Two blocks from my house at Duggan's Serra Mortuary in Daly City thousands of Hells Angels got together for the funeral of Mark "Papa" Guardado. He ran the San Francisco chapter of Hells Angels - he was shot down after a bar fight on September 2, 2008.


It was bananas, I never really knew how many Hells Angels there were.


You can only imagine how loud it was.



Shit was crazier then an Oakland Raiders game.

We went out to see Shepard Fairey do a live art install of the OBAMA Campaign. And to top if off Z-Trip was spinning a master mix of old school to bay area beats.


Check out how massive this peice is compared to Shepard.


It took him a hot minute to finish this peice but once it was said and done Shepard was enjoying the night.

Under Construction

Sorry for the inconvenience to everyone but Invisible Stripes is under construction. It was a last minute decision but it was something we were planning to do in the future. Currently the retail location is closed but our on-line store remains open. Due to the construction our phone lines are down, but the best way to contact us is to email sales@invisiblestripes.com.

We are planning on opening half the store this Sunday for a massive blow out sale, more info to come.

Which leads to the most important question: When is Invisible Stripes opening?

We will re-open for our 1 year anniversary on October 4th, 2008. Don't worry everything we have worked on till this point will be revealed.
