To continue to push the creative boundaries of children's clothing, Invisible Stripes has teamed up with Crayola to produce the “Color-Me-Circus Tee” line, which debuts this Holiday '09 season. The line is a series of 3 t-shirts with Invisible Stripes’ signature UV-ray detail and a printed graphic to color in with the provided Crayola fabric markers. The 3 designs are: Leo the Lion, Barry the Bear, and Ellie the Elephant.


Colorfully yours this September.

Invisible Stripes at The KIDShow! Aug 31st- Sept 2nd!

Hard at work to prepare for the trade show at the end of this month. We've been designing, editing, photoshoot-ing, marketing, coldcalling, emailing, and promoting non-stop to prepare for the release of our Holiday '09 line- and we still have a lot of stuff to do!

Just In Ralph Lauren Infant Footwear

We just received the new Ralph Lauren collection for Fall 09. There are different styles to chose from such as low tops, high tops, laced, or even velcro if you hate tying laces. The collection features corduroy, canvas, leather and suede upper. The size range is 2 to 4 which converts to 3 to 12 months.

Our favorite is the slip on which is part of their Premier Collection. They come in two styles: The Classic with embroidered polo in plaid and The Skull and Bones in velvet. Both have a quilted sole and lining for added comfort.

"Put Your Money Where Your (blank) Is"

We teamed up with Beans & Croydon a Marketing/Consulting firm based out of San Francisco on a campaign for our moneyclips. The idea behind the photoshoot is based off the saying "Put your money where your (blank) is." The reason we used the word "blank", is that everyone views money differently. Some people view money as a way of getting fame, recognition or even love, and some view it as the reason for their pain. And so we present to you our introduction to accessories, the Invisible Stripes Money Clip available in gold or silver finish.

Obey T-Shirt Sample Sale!!!

Starting this Friday the 6th, we will be having an OBEY t-shirt sample sale. We have all of the "Duality of Humanity" shirts pictured above in both mens and womens. We also have some long sleeve shirts, v-necks, pocket tees as well as scoop neck for ladies. Stop by and see the selection!

INVS at NIHONMACHI STREET FAIR - August 8 & 9!!

This Saturday & Sunday, August 8 & 9, Invisible Stripes will have a booth at the Nihonmachi Street Fair! Come by and say hi- we'll hook it up with discounts, games, and other cool stuff :D

SWEET BREAMS!

I stopped by Sweet Breams in San Mateo the other day to say "Haro!" and hang out Tara & Cynthia for a little bit :) Sweet Breams not only makes delicious taiyakis, (a type of japanese dessert), but also carries our toddler's clothing (I dropped off some Cheshire tees that day)!!


These cute little fish-shaped desserts come in "schools" of fish (12 per school), and are filled with a filling of your choice! There's always Azuki (red bean), vanilla, nutella, chocolate, and a Catch of the Day (like a Flavor of the week). This week its Choco-Coffee and it's bomb-dot-com. YUMMY!!

Lost Doggy

I was in the office working when this pooch rolled into our shop by herself. I thought her owner was outside so I didn't mind much when she walked out. Seconds later I saw her walking into the middle of the street!
Luckily she (Candy) had a tag on her with her owners phone number. I called and they later came and got her. The owner lived nearby and explained she somehow escaped... I feel good. One less road kill.

Drake's Best I Ever Had Video

The long awaited video! Did you like it? Haha, definitely NOT what I was expecting.. Boobs, yes I expected those, but I totally pictured Drake acting out every line to some girl, then at a club scene, then at home chillin with no make-up on scene, etc etc. It's quite silly.. and the acting.. hm, well, one word for you: Degrassi! Gotta love ya, Drizzy!

DEADLINES!!!

Here at the shop, we are getting extremely busy. With Magic less than 2 months away, there are non-stop deadlines. Brainstorming, designing, ordering, printing, discussing, planning, emailing, marketing, phoning, contacting, + much much more & then times it by 2 because we got 2 lines to design for: our 1)kids line & our 2)men's line. I know you feel me when I say there really aren't enough hours in the day!
